How it works & prizes
- Every month: one longest table. Dead hangs and alternating hangs rank together. Alternating rows are marked. Both are still awarded.
- Second challenge: Most PRs this month. Other challenges can rotate later.
- Unverified still ranks. Verified is the title path. A bigger unverified load can sit above a verified mark.
- One video: submit through the normal hang form. Approved hangs count for the monthly challenges that match that video. No separate challenge entry.
- Prizes: champion and runner-up each get a digital certificate in the Athlete Portal, a badge, and a place on the monthly archive. No cash prize for standard monthly challenges unless we announce one. Full terms: prize rules.
