Submission Status

There is no public tracking ID for hang reviews yet. After you submit, check the email address you used on the form, that is your confirmation and status channel.

  1. ImmediateConfirmation email with your submitted time and Grip Age™ preview (if calculable).
  2. 24 to 48 hours · WDHC reviewers watch your linked video (YouTube, Drive, etc.) against the rulebook. We do not host or upload your file.
  3. ApprovedSecond email when your hang goes live on the leaderboard. Your video link can stay private, a public Watch button is optional.
No fake progress bars. Real-time submission tracking and a portal status page are on the roadmap. Until then, your inbox is the source of truth. Athletes with portal access can see history in the Athlete Portal.
